Information on the quality of services provided by Gyncentrum Ltd.

The primary goal of Gyncentrum Ltd. is to provide medical services in the field of: Diagnosis and treatment of infertility and assisted reproduction methods, obstetrics and gynecology, genetics, including the performance of genetic tests, endocrinology, oncology, urology, specialized surgical treatment, dermatology, plastic surgery, prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound, echocardiography and laboratory diagnostics, along with psychological and dietary support; Conducting clinical research; Hospital treatment in the mode of , “one-day treatment” at a high, specialized level, and providing staff with friendly and safe working conditions.

With a view to continuously improving the quality of our services, a Quality Management System has been developed in accordance with the international standard PN-EN ISO 9001:2015.

Quality improvement goals take into account the context of the organization and the risk analysis of achieving the goals. The President of Gyncentrum Ltd. to ensure their implementation undertakes to:

  • conduct its operations in accordance with the applicable regulations and requirements for the medical services provided,
  • expansion of highly specialized medical services,
  • Constant and systematic improvement and enhancement of knowledge, professional skills of employees in the field of patient care,
  • respect for patients as a permanent part of our activities,
  • strive to continuously improve the safety and working conditions of personnel,
  • raise awareness and engage staff in efforts to improve the quality of services offered,
  • Continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the implemented Quality Management System.

    Based on the overall quality goals, specific goals are developed subject to approval for implementation and periodically reviewed by the President.

    The President of Gyncentrum Ltd. also undertakes to provide the resources and means necessary to implement this policy.
