Description

Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Gynecologic Oncology. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Silesian Medical University in Katowice in 2003.

He started his professional work in 2004 at the Department of Gynecological Endocrinology of the University Clinical Center SUM in Katowice, where he defended his doctoral dissertation in 2009. He currently works as an assistant professor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University Clinical Center of the Silesian Medical University in Katowice, where he leads the section of operative gynecology and gynecologic oncology.

Dr. Szanecki continuously improves his qualifications by participating in national and international courses and trainings in the field of gynecology.

• Certificate of participation in the course of colposcopy
• Diploma of participation in the congress “International College of Out-Patient Gynecology”.

• Certificate of participation in the workshop of the XI National Training Conference of Gynecology and Obstetrics

He has completed numerous internships abroad, including in Brescia (Italy), Lund (Sweden), Winnipeg (Canada), and domestically (Kielce, Krakow, Poznan, Warsaw).

Dr. Szanecki specializes in pregnancy management, diagnosis and treatment of infertile couples, and surgical treatment of benign and malignant neoplasms of the female genital tract in classical and minimally invasive techniques (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy).
