Ovarian mesotherapy with platelet-rich plasma (ovarian injections, ovarian rejuvenation) involves injecting autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP – platelet-rich plasma) directly into the ovary. This method is used to activate the ovarian follicles for growth, thereby stimulating the development of the oocytes within them.
The hormones, macrophages, neutrophils, chemotactic factors for stem cells, cytokines and growth factors contained in platelet-rich plasma enhance anabolic cellular processes, their differentiation and proliferation. The puncture procedure, combined with the action of the growth factors contained in the plasma, has a regenerative effect on the ovarian tissue and activates the follicles present in it.

Blood is drawn from the patient, from which platelet-rich plasma is isolated. Then, under general anesthesia and ultrasound guidance, a specially prepared preparation of platelet-rich plasma is injected into the ovarian tissue.
