Paulina Nieć-Zięba, M.Sc.
She graduated in animal bioengineering from the Hugo Kołłątaj Agricultural University in Cracow, receiving her master’s degree in 2020. Her professional experience included working in the Department of Nutrition, Animal Biotechnology and Fisheries at the University of Agriculture in Krakow, where she was involved in obtaining and preparing oocytes for in vitro fertilization, performing the in vitro fertilization procedure, embryo culture and monitoring, and operating laboratory equipment.
At the Gyncentrum clinic, she performs all major embryological procedures. It prepares oocytes for fertilization, performs ICSI, IMSI, PICSI procedures, monitors embryo culture and classifies embryos, performs embryo transfer (ET, KET) and cryopreservation of oocytes and embryos. She manages the cryobank and embryology consultations. Her tasks include the collection of blastomeres/trophoectoderms for PGT-A testing and the preparation of medical records.
